Teaching players to play good man to man defense is paramount towards building complete basketball players that will be able to play in any coaches system.
This is a great drill shared by Kirkwood Boys Coach, Bill Gunn, that Bombers Coaches can begin to incorporate into their practice sessions. It’s a great replacement / substitute for the shell drill with a “live” / competitive component to it.
